Premiere Property Services is seeking skilled flooring installation subcontractors for multifamily residential environments. Install carpet, LVT, vinyl and other flooring, remove existing flooring, and prepare surfaces as needed.
You will measure and install per manufacturer specs, maintain clean work areas, and complete projects on schedule. Ideal candidates have professional flooring experience, prefer multifamily property work, and bring reliable transportation and own tools.
