8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing ATMs, Air Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products throughout your assigned territory.

This position combines technical service, customer support, route management, and equipment maintenance. You will work independently while partnering closely with dispatch, operations, and customers to ensure equipment remains operational and customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do Equipment Installation & Maintenance Install, convert, repair, remove, and maintain ATMs, Air Vac systems, and other Cash Depot equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance and service calls.

Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs.

Complete ATM software updates and equipment upgrades.

Clear ATM jams and perform basic machine diagnostics.

Escalate advanced technical issues when additional support is required.

Service & Route Operations Partner with dispatch to complete scheduled service requests.

Execute service calls accurately and efficiently.

Maintain assigned inventory and communicate supply needs.

Complete all service documentation, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain performance standards related to service quality, efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rates.

Customer Service Build positive relationships with customers.

Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and support teams.

Respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Represent Cash Depot professionally at all customer locations.

Team Support Assist with training and ride-alongs as needed.

Support fellow technicians when required.

Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.

Follow all company safety and security procedures.

Qualifications Required High  School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance program

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and service needs

Ability to safely lift, move, and work with equipment required for the position

Preferred

Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical troubleshooting experience

Field service experienceATM, kiosk, vending, gaming, or similar equipment experience

Route-based service experience

Customer-facing technical support experience
