We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine inspections. • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct appliance repair and installation, ensuring all appliances operate efficiently and safely.
• Read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs effectively.
• Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, or parts as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Utilize experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure proper inventory levels and procurement of necessary parts.
• Lead or assist with construction projects or upgrades related to mechanical systems or facility infrastructure.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and other departments regarding maintenance status or issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.

• Proven service technician experience with appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience repairing mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, HVAC systems, or kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience operating equipment repair tools and performing equipment maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem‑solving.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
