Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine inspections. Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct appliance repair and installation, ensuring all appliances operate efficiently and safely.
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs effectively.
- Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, or parts as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Utilize experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure proper inventory levels and procurement of necessary parts.
- Lead or assist with construction projects or upgrades related to mechanical systems or facility infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and other departments regarding maintenance status or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
- Proven service technician experience with appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience repairing mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, HVAC systems, or kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Experience operating equipment repair tools and performing equipment maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem‑solving.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
