Kanazeh Lawn Service is hiring team members for multiple landscaping and hardscape positions throughout the Lansing area. We are looking for dependable individuals ranging from entry-level laborers to experienced crew members and future crew leaders.

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• Assist with landscape installation projects
• Install mulch, plants, edging, and landscape improvements
• Assist with patio and retaining wall construction
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

• Reliable and ready to work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Landscaping, hardscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift

• $16.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and position placement
