KMG Prestige in Buchanan, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Metea Court. You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, handling service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call duties.
The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall. You should be able to safely use hand and power tools and perform appliance repairs to keep residents happy.
