Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Reed City, MI, for the school year. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our school community by supporting students' social and emotional well‑being.
Position Details:
- Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
- Caseload: Approximately 30 students
- Start Date: August 2024
- End Date: June 2025
- Work Environment: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and counseling to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in meetings and assist with student evaluations as needed
