Life Enrichment Activities Aide - Part Time

The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. The program calendar is filled with creative activities that promote health and well‑being. If you enjoy games and crafts, this position may be for you.

• Base wages $15.15 per hour

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transportation to and from programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, interests, abilities, limitations and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

• 1+ year of related experience in long‑term care is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
