Summary

Coordinate systems, programming, resources, and partnerships that support student well-being and ensure campuses have access to tools that promote mental health and student success.

What You'll Do Mental Health Resources & Supports
  • Coordinate student mental health initiatives and wellness resources.
  • Maintain and curate mental health tools, referral pathways, and support materials for campuses and families.
  • Support the implementation of preventative wellness programming.
Student Services Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for student support resources and services.
  • Track and monitor utilization of support programs and interventions.
  • Ensure resources are accessible and communicated effectively across campuses.
Parent Partnerships
  • Support parent education efforts related to student wellness, belonging, and mental health.
  • Coordinate family workshops, resources, and awareness campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between families and Student Life initiatives when appropriate.
Training & Awareness
  • Support staff training initiatives focused on student wellness, belonging, and mental health awareness.
  • Coordinate awareness campaigns tied to national observances and wellness priorities.
  • Maintain a repository of resources and best practices for campuses.
Data & Compliance Support
  • Monitor participation and impact data related to mental health and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and resource tracking systems.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to student services and well-being.
Student Life Program Support
  • Implement select Student Life programs to support belonging and mental health such as Esports, Hope Squad, One Love Foundation, etc.
  • Support new student and parent onboarding and other initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expertise or experience in mental health fields
  • Understanding of data analysis and management
  • Experience leading restorative practices and social emotional programming
  • Ability to lead development in mental health and social emotional topics
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Self‑directed, proactive, intelligent, knowledge of mental health, behavioral health, and crisis intervention, problem solver, compassionate, ability to connect with students and parents, strong communicator
  • Ability to manage stress, self‑regulate, model a consistently positive attitude, strong teamwork, passionate, genuine, organized, internally motivated, service orientation, ability to reserve judgment, and respond compassionately

Pay

Range

USD $65,000.00 – USD $69,000.00 per year.
