Korean/Spanish Bilingual Field Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Spanish and Korean to support future workforce operations involving Korean and Spanish-speaking employees. This role will focus on on-site coordination, communication support, and equipment-related operations. Previous equipment experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities- Support communication between Korean management and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Assist with equipment operation and on-site support activities.
- Coordinate workforce operations and daily field activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and on-site personnel.
- Provide regular updates regarding project and operational status.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution when needed.
Fluency in Korean and Spanish required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and field-based environment.
Equipment, manufacturing, or maintenance experience preferred.
Candidates without equipment experience may still be considered if communication skills are strong.
MUST BE AUTHORIZED WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
Preferred QualificationsExperience in equipment, maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting field operations or workforce management.
English proficiency is a plus.
Additional InformationSelf-motivated and responsible individuals preferred.
Ability to adapt to dynamic field environments.
