• Convert data from project specifications and problem statements to create or modify computer programs.
• Prepare or receive detailed specifications describing program logic, input, output, and required checks.
• Analyze specifications using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.
• Collaborate with supervisors and departmental representatives to clarify program intent and requirements.
• Translate specifications into machine‑processable code, test with data, observe outputs, and correct errors.
• Prepare block diagrams and flowcharts, and document programming work for future maintenance.
• Write instructions to guide operating personnel during production runs.
• Revise programs to improve efficiency or adapt to new requirements, and document revisions.
• Assist computer operators in troubleshooting running programs.
• Coordinate and direct work of others in writing, testing, and modifying programs.

• Experience in computer programming and systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of programming principles, practices, techniques, and languages.
• Proficient in use of computer equipment and operating systems.
• Ability to design program architecture, prepare specifications, code, test, debug, interpret technical information, and communicate effectively.

• Web development in ASP .Net and C# – 8 years
• Web development with strong JavaScript skills – 8 years
• Web development and a SQL Server backend database – 8 years
• Object‑oriented programming – 8 years
• Experience with Agile development – 8 years
• Experience developing in Microsoft’s MVC 5.0 framework (razor) – 8 years
• Experience with SQL Server reporting services – 5 years
