Job Title: Salesforce Developer Consultant

Location (Locals Only): Lansing, MI (2 days onsite/hybrid required)

Duration: 3 month contract

Pay/Salary Range: $50-55/hr W2

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer. This role focuses on building and enhancing CRM solutions to support critical contact center operations and crisis response workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on Salesforce development experience and a strong understanding of platform architecture and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure solutions aligned with long-term technical strategies.

This position requires strong ownership of development life cycles, release processes, and system integrations. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact systems supporting essential public services.

This 3 month contract role is based and will work onsite/hybrid 2 days in Lansing.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and implement scalable solutions supporting contact center workflows and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with performance goals.
• Manage release cycles, deployments, and CI/CD processes using SFDX and Azure Dev Ops.
• Lead system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols such as OAuth.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to development guidelines and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands‑on expertise.
• 4+ years working with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Experience with API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and data migration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
