We are looking for a full‑time SSRS Programmer Analyst to join our team in Lansing, MI. The role includes developing, debugging, and maintaining SSRS reports and SSIS packages, writing complex T‑SQL queries and stored procedures, and collaborating with business experts on data projects.

  • 5+ years of experience in applications software design and development with SSRS and SSIS.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM Dynamics utilizing SSIS.
  • 4+ years of experience programming in SQL and/or Transact‑SQL.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Azure and Service Bus for Windows.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a technical team and business experts in development, testing, debugging, and SSRS reports and SSIS.
  • 3+ years of experience testing and performing peer review of developed code to ensure conformity to standards and design best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience executing and validating test plans for reports.
  • 2+ years of experience using programming knowledge to design and develop complex stored procedures and reports.
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile Development.
  • 2+ years of experience writing complex queries and stored procedures in T‑SQL.
  • 4+ years of experience writing reports with SSRS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
