As a Software Test Analyst, you will work with business clients to clarify requirements, create and communicate acceptance criteria, and maintain a consistent QA process for the team. You will develop and implement test plans, support the QA team’s work, review, and confirm deliverables.
Qualifications- Seven years of experience in software testing
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL with strong ad hoc query skills
- Data analysis, data verification, and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication of test progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
- Proficient with MS Office and Visio applications
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and related methodologies (e.g., CMMI, Agile, or other industry standards)
- Direct experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing
