What You'll Do

• Train alongside qualified CDL drivers on active residential and/or commercial routes
• Learn safe vehicle operation, inspections and routing procedures
• Gain real‑world experience in trash and recycling collection
• Assist with loading materials when needed, including working outside of the truck
• Use tablets and other in‑truck technology to support daily operations
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Complete required training and testing to earn your Class B CDL
