Position: Driver in Training (non-CDL)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Act as the team leader for your moving team, and execute a game plan for each move

* Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck

* Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory

* Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations

* Complete move paperwork and payment collection

* Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service

* Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings

* Work hard and have fun helping customers

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

* Drivers start out as a mover and may be trained to be a driver after 30 days

* Drivers (non-CDL) are required to have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and must be 18years old due to insurance restrictions

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Strong problem-solving ability

* Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day long while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.

* Experience as a driver, delivery driver, truck driver, non cdl river, or local driver helpful
