Extreme Logistix Delivery Driver; Lansing

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Attend 2‑day training (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and 1‑day training (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on the road experience.
• Pass a 4‑panel drug screening.
• Navigate a variety of routes within the delivery area.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Customer obsessed – deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Lift and deliver up to 250+ packages independently per route, weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs throughout shift.
• Perform a pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspection, thoroughly checking van for damage.
• Assist other drivers to complete a route when asked.

Approximate hours vary. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 4 out of 7 days per week (Full Time) and 2 days per week (Part Time).

Shift is 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Operate basic cell phone GPS and app functions.

• $19.50 an hour.
