What you’ll do

• Lead safe, efficient operations of the Challenger CL-604, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and professionalism.
• Plan, brief, and execute trips with precision, ensuring compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company SOPs.
• Demonstrate strong crew resource management and mentor the team to deliver a seamless experience for passengers.
• Coordinate closely with scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and mission success.
• Maintain currency, complete required training and checks, and proactively manage risk in dynamic environments.
• Represent Pentastar Aviation with exceptional customer service and discretion on every leg.

• Total Time: 4,000+ hours
• Experience:
  
  Prior turbojet time required; prior business aviation experience required
• Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: FAA Class 1
• Type Rating:
  Not required — training provided (NTR)
• Preferred: ATP certificate; for non-ATP holders, ATP/CTP completion preferred
• Work Style:
  Ability to manage changing work schedules and operational demands
• Base Proximity:
  Must live within 2 hours of Waterford, MI
