• Target Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average gross weekly (Top tier drivers bringing home $1,700/wk)
• Mileage Pay Scale: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM depending on verified background
• Trainee Weekly Pay: Students earn a steady $900 every Friday via direct deposit during training, switching to $0.56 CPM upon graduation
• Company Orientation: All lodging, food, and transit arranged and paid, plus $300 orientation compensation

• Time Off: Assigned weekend home time for a complete 34-hour restart
• Mileage Volume: Predictable and steady 1,700 to 2,300 miles every week
