We are currently seeking CDL Class A Drivers at a $25-$32 per hour starting rate. If you are a goal-oriented individual with Flo Boy experience and a valid driver’s license interested in joining a fast-paced company with multiple opportunities, a 10-year employee retention rate, and a close-knit, family-oriented workplace culture, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

• Exemplify your reliability, patience, flexibility, and leadership by regularly communicating and working well with colleagues and customers.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment when problem-solving, setting goals with crew members, and training new hires.

• Improve upon your excellent communication skills while leading a 3-man crew, providing customer service to clients, and reporting to upper management.

• Flex your organizational and time management abilities by finishing jobs on time and updating your supervisor with project progress.

• Demonstrate your technical knowledge by utilizing your single and double gravel train experience on job sites.

• Gain strength by lifting at least 50 pounds daily, unloading equipment, and completing tie-downs to DOT regulation standards.
