Transportation Driver under the supervision of the Transportation Manager is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of Senior Community Care (SCC) participants, communicating safety issues, and ensuring participant satisfaction.

$18.05–$21.40 per hour

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours)

• Safely operate and maintain vehicle in compliance with regulations.
• Transport participants to and from appointments, activities, meals, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Provide physical assistance to participants when boarding or deboarding.
• Maintain accurate daily records (pre/post‑trip inspections, fuel receipts).
• Report immediately to the Transportation Manager any vehicle or equipment problems or incidents.
• Adjust schedule as needed to accommodate participant needs and changes, communicating changes to dispatch.
• Ensure participant safety and satisfaction throughout each trip.

• Chauffeur License (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license in the state of hire
• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience working with frail or elderly populations
• Background check and drug screening clearance
• Proof of insurance and reliable transportation
