Dave Hausbeck Trucking (DHT Group) is actively hiring Seasonal CDL-A Drivers for our in-plant sugar beet transfer operation in Sebewaing, Michigan.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn steady pay, work close to home, gain valuable commercial driving experience, and potentially transition into a full-time year-round driving career after the harvest season.

Schedule
  • 12-hour day shifts
  • 3-5 shifts per week based on production needs
  • Overtime available during peak harvest
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by customer and operational needs
What You’ll Do
  • Safely transport sugar beets within a customer production facility
  • Load, haul, and unload product efficiently
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain DOT compliance and required documentation
  • Report equipment concerns promptly
  • Work closely with plant personnel and dispatch
  • Represent DHT with professionalism and a safety-first attitude
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass DOT Physical
  • Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
  • Ability to safely operate commercial equipment
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dump trailer experience
  • T-Endorsement
  • Agricultural hauling experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Climb in and out of equipment safely
  • Bend, stoop, and work outdoors throughout the harvest season
