What You'll Do

As a Meijer Fleet Driver, you'll play an essential role in keeping our stores stocked and our supply chain moving.

* Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles.

* Deliver freight from Meijer distribution centers to stores on schedule.

* Transport vendor backhauls to distribution centers.

* Perform yard switching and trailer movements as needed.

* Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.

* Represent Meijer with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

* Full-time, year-round position

* Local routes

* Home every day

* Day, night, weekend, and holiday schedules available based on business needs

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

* 21 years of age or older

* Valid CDL-A license

* Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain one

* One year of truck driving experience or successful completion of an accredited CDL training program

* Ability to pass a DOT physical, road test, and pre-employment drug screen

* No moving violations within the last year

* No more than two moving violations within the last three years

* Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
