Chauffeur's License is all you need to join our team and ensure safe parking lots during the snowy season. If you're a seasoned driver who loves winter's challenges, this is your chance to shine!

• Weekly Pay
• Competitive base pay: $26 - $30+ per hour, depending on experience and license
• Chauffeurs License and valid MDOT required (company will assist in acquiring both)
• Paid Training @ $18 per hour

• Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full‑time positions based on performance and business needs.

• Drive Non CDL salt trucks to distribute salt and de‑icing materials on commercial parking lots
• Monitor weather conditions and parking lot surfaces to ensure timely response
• Play a vital role in keeping our community safe during winter
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
• Available for on‑call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Valid Chauffeurs License (company will assist in acquiring one)
• Smart Phone
• Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one)
