Job Description
The Reach Truck Operator transports incoming freight to inventory from staging areas for storage in the appropriate slots on the multi-level racks in the assigned warehouse area and replenishes/re-stocks pick slots in a timely manner, ensuring all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Sunday starting at 12 noon and Monday‑Thursday starting at 3 pm until finish - 1+ year of stand‑up reach truck experience required
- Receives all inbound merchandise and locates proper pick location.
- Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
- Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail by ensuring proper attention to all areas including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned.
- Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location.
- Consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Packs products securely in cartons and totes.
- Ensures application of shipping marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
- Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Performs end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
- Ensures work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- 1+ years of using a Standing Reach Truck.
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product from various heights weighing between 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (i.e., cooler, freezer and dry).
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
