Shifts:

• Monday
  - Friday - 6:30am-3:30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch).
• Monday
  - Friday - 2:30pm-11:30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch).
• Monday
  - Friday - 10:30pm-7:30am (30 minute unpaid lunch).
• All Schedules Subjected to Potential Weekend Work as Needed!

Responsibilities:

• Make regular waste and trash pickups throughout the customer's facility, including cardboard, plastic, and metal scrap materials.
• Operate mobile equipment safely to move materials and waste within the plant.
• Move, transport, and empty trash gondolas throughout the production areas.
• Support general material handling activities such as packing, picking, packaging, and assembly as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including moving materials to and from designated areas.
• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with training and safety procedures once properly trained.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by promptly addressing waste and debris.

Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
