Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage department responsibilities (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure Guest Service Department delivers great customer experience, promotions are executed well, staff are trained in service procedures, and Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.;
Ensure Kitchen Department delivers great quality food quickly, that food is always safe, food costs are controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew.
