Milnes Ford is looking for an entry level Apprentice Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate should have a strong interest in building a career in the Automotive industry through hands on experience and online training within Ford Motor Company.

Milnes Ford is a family-owned and operated dealership since 2005. We're an extremely busy shop and seeking a Full-time Service Technician Apprentice to help keep up with demand. Milnes Ford is customer-focused and team-oriented which drives the performance of our Service Department by developing and retaining great talent and creating an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections.
  • Assist with diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
  • Learn and follow Ford service and repair procedures.
  • Properly use hand tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and technical development.
  • Follow dealership safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Automotive experience or technical training preferred, but
    not required
    .
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
