The City of Lapeer is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Part-Time Deputy Assessor. This role will assist the Assessor of Record with various technical and administrative duties related to assessing operations, including database management and customer service.
The position is anticipated to be part-time, working approximately 2–3 days per week, not exceeding 30 hours weekly, with an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $30.00 based on qualifications.
Preferred candidates should possess experience in municipal assessing and strong organizational skills. A valid Michigan Driver’s License is required.
