As a Branch Support Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our members, providing a full range of Credit Union services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing lobby traffic and greeting members
- Answering questions about Credit Union products and services
- Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
- Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts
- Educating members on managing their finances effectively
- Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
- Building strong, supportive member relationships
Because this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential.
What You Need- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Must be bondable
