This role will play a key part in strengthening our operational foundation and supporting future growth.

the Role

We’re looking for an Investment Operations Manager to support and strengthen our day-to-day investment operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client accounts—from onboarding to ongoing servicing—while helping improve processes as we grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow into a leadership role over time.

What

You’ll Do
  • Manage investment account onboarding, including brokerage and advisory account setup
  • Handle all investment-related service requests, including one-off transactions and account maintenance
  • Execute securities trading activities, including trade ticket processing and coordination with the Trade Desk
  • Support direct-to-fund trading and individualized transactions based on client needs
  • Process and manage variable annuity applications and servicing
  • Administer retirement accounts, including 401(k) and SIMPLE IRA plan setup and participant enrollments
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all operational processes
  • Stay current on financial regulations and implement updates to maintain compliance
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver a high-quality service experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance
  • Strong understanding of investment operations, trading, and account servicing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Licensing & Certifications
  • Series 7 strongly preferred; must be obtained within 6 months of employment (company support provided)
  • Series 6 preferred
  • Health and Life license required or ability to obtain within 6 months
