Position OverviewThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) works directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference every day.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
- Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support)
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
Center-Based & In-Home Opportunities
Pay$16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
