3 Dimensional Services is seeking an Entry Level IT Professional to support and troubleshoot hardware and application installations. The selected candidate will work alongside staff to provide first‑level technical support, troubleshoot application issues, manage user accounts, assist with software installation and issues, and support infrastructure maintenance. This role is designed for an early‑career IT professional with foundational technical skills. The environment includes primarily Windows‑based PCs and servers with some VM and Linux.
Network is primarily Ubiquity, with some Cisco switches.
- Serve as a first point of contact for technical support requests from internal users.
- Troubleshoot application‑level issues, software errors, and basic system access problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including account creation, configuration, updates, and maintenance.
- Support infrastructure maintenance activities under the direction of senior technical staff.
- Help ensure systems meet requirements for data security, customer privacy, data accuracy.
- Work with our team to document, elevate, and help resolve system issues.
- Follow established IT support, data protection, quality assurance, and service delivery procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users, technical teams, and client staff.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support, application support, technical troubleshooting, software testing, help desk support, data support, or a related area.
- Basic proficiency with operating systems.
- General technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to assist with user account and permission management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical users.
- Willingness to learn enterprise applications, data workflows, QA processes, and integrated software environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Academic, internship, or work experience involving databases, SQL, software testing, application support, or IT operations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
