Onsite EDI Coordinator

EDI Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of EDI for automotive customers and suppliers, as well as integrating EDI data into ERP systems. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers and suppliers to ensure smooth EDI processes
• Act a point of contact for all EDI-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with staff to correct Schedule Agreements and make Index Changes.
• Work with EDI Specialist to correct ASN related errors within the EDI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure data integrity and timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve EDI-related issues and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with external EDI service providers to ensure compliance with customer and supplier requirements
• Develop and maintain EDI mappings and translations in ERP systems
• Configure and maintain ERP EDI functionality to meet customer and supplier requirements
• Collaborate with EDI Specialist to ensure seamless integration of EDI data into ERP systems

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in EDI systems
• Knowledge of EDI standards such as X12/EDIFACT and EDI communication protocols
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN or SAP helpful
• Knowledge of Automotive EDI standards helpful
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
