2nd Shift

Hours:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

To operate a CNC and produce parts that meet customer specifications.

• Advanced training for programming cutter paths.
• Learn feeds and speeds for all cutters and material types.
• Learn what cutter to use from start to finish when programming to be sufficient.
• Set up a job and cut completely without assistance.
• Operate more than one machine simultaneously.
• Start/finish a job in more than one type of machine.
• Understand machine capability for cutter and tools.
• Use the heat shrink machine.
• Troubleshoot issues on machine operation and job issues independently.
• Problem solve issues that arise with all related operations.
• Fully understand the capability of each machine.
• Log job time daily.
• Apply lockout/tagout training.
• Follow required PPE and all Company and Safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Power Mill programming experience is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience required.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
