** Responsibilities:
*** Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting equipment to produce parts to specification
* Maintain consistent communication across departments and production areas
* Delegate workload appropriately and support training of new team members
* Ensure quality and safety procedures are understood and followed at all times
* Complete corrective action documentation when deviations occur
* Operate a Hi-Lo (HILO certification required; administered by UDM Health & Safety)
* Apply lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and wear required PPE throughout all tasks
* Adhere to all company and safety policies; complete other duties as assigned## Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Hi-Lo certification (or ability to obtain upon hire through UDM Health & Safety)
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
* Collaborative team player with solid communication habits
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
