** Overview**:

The Maintenance Technician supports daily production operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.  This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility.

This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to support both people and processes in a manufacturing setting.

* Key Responsibilities:

** (including but not limited to)
* Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors
* Install and service electronic equipment
* Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and Device Net  Program Fanuc robots
* Execute and improve preventative maintenance Perform fast-paced repairs to minimize production downtime
* Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery
* Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operational equipment
* Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance
* Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used
* Other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications & Requirements**:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems – certification, license or associate degree required.
* Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days
* Previous experience in a production environment
* Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
** Must be able to:
*** Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level
* Lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
* Work daily overtime and weekend support as dictated by production schedule.
* Read machine schematics
* Operate industrial equipment
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals## Company:
