Hospice RN – Part Time

Employee Type:
Part Time (20 hours per week, Weekend/After‑Hour rotations)

• Collaborate with the care team to provide management and delivery of hospice patient care plans.
• Support patients in Traverse City and surrounding areas.
• Ensure timely completion of charting and critical documentation.

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
• At least two years RN experience (hospice experience preferred).
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive at least 20% of the workday to patient locations.
• Ability to self‑manage time and schedule, meeting charting deadlines.
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
