Patient Safety Associate

McLaren Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provide continuous observation of patients at risk for adverse events under RN supervision;
Assist with activities of daily living as needed and maintain a safe, clean environment;
Obtain verbal report from the patient’s nurse regarding identified care needs and barriers;
Position self at bedside to maintain constant visual observation and never leave patient unattended unless directed by the nurse;
Follow nurse instructions regarding ambulation limitations and redirection of patient as needed
