Game Stop - 1233 Demille Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs, recommending additional items as appropriate, and completing transactions.;
Support store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, organized, merchandised store according to guidelines.;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.;
Assist the store team in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
