Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead mid- to large-size paving projects in Louisiana. You will manage crews, materials, trucking, and equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, planning 1-4 weeks ahead, and communicating with owners, inspectors, and internal teams. A proven track record in heavy civil construction is preferred.
