Capital Project Cost Estimator

Our client is a global provider of storage and transportation in the chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries. Due to growth, our client is adding headcount and hiring an engineer dedicated to cost estimating for capital projects, specifically projects related to infrastructure. This engineer may also work with the business development team to estimate project costs for potential new customers.

• Apply relevant industry standard practices to all stages of the project estimates, includingAACE
  97R-18
• Manage transitions from Class 5 estimates through to Class 1 estimates
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure there are no gaps in materials or labor
• Ensure all safety precautions are implemented through every phase of the projects
• Apply
  
  LOPA,LPP, andHAZOPstandards to project requirements
• Secure bids from outside vendors, and effectively create a vendor database
• Utilize Risk Graph methods
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 + 15%
