• Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their next vehicle.
• Guide customers through our diverse inventory, highlighting features and benefits that align with their desires.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and exhilarating test drives.
• Assist customers with financing options and work with the finance department to finalize sales.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction extends beyond the sale.
• Stay up-to-date on new models, features, and automotive industry trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• A genuine passion for automobiles and helping customers find the right vehicle.
• Ability to learn and explain complex product features and benefits clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
