This position is for a senior‑track officer who can work with minimal supervision in a clinical environment where tone, judgment, and communication matter as much as physical presence.

Success in this role comes from consistent reliability, strong documentation, and the ability to de‑escalate situations without unnecessary attention.

- Provide both patrol and fixed‑post coverage according to your post instructions, maintaining a calm, approachable presence at all times
- Greet and interact with patients, visitors, and staff respectfully; utilize verbal skills and early intervention to prevent escalation
- Safeguard confidential information and strictly follow clinic and HIPAA privacy rules

- Observe behavior patterns and environmental risks, promptly sharing relevant information with supervision
- Serve as a standard‑bearer for newer officers when assigned, reinforcing expectations through your example
- Dependable attendance and punctuality; you are expected to arrive early and ready to work
- Professional uniform, grooming, and bearing that reassures rather than intimidates
- Consistently strong written reports that are specific, accurate, and submitted on time
- Composed decision‑making under pressure, with de‑escalation as the first option
- Adherence to all site orders and procedures, and immediate communication when something cannot be followed as written
