Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair.;
Back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond timely.;
Follow preventive maintenance schedule and complete reports as requested.;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system; test/generate weekly; inspect extinguishers and lighting; record data as required.
