Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work;
Inspect and maintain emergency power, fire alarm system, lighting, and plumbing;
Back-up for call person during emergencies; operate hand/power tools safely;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports;
Repair/refinish furniture and fixtures as needed
