As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Services Associate to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent financial services to our clients.

As an Accounting Services Associate, you will oversee the full cycle of bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clients across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of financial record-keeping, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively within our team.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, and credit card statements for multiple clients.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Oversee payroll processing, including tax reporting and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client reporting and analysis.
• Assist in tax preparation by organizing and summarizing financial data for accountants and CPAs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations.
• Provide client support, addressing inquiries related to financial transactions and reports.
• Collaborate closely with CPAs and accountants to assist in financial reporting and strategic planning.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Software Proficiency:
  Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel. Experience with payroll and accounting software is a plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Certifications:
  
  Quick Books Certification or other bookkeeping certifications are a plus but not required.
