Job PurposeThis job is responsible for managing the front desk, assisting department team members, and performing various office tasks as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Answers the front desk phone and greets visitors
- Assists team leads with various tasks
- Assists and leads our part-time employee with an intellectual disability
- Keeps the office organized and clean
- Good communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with people with disabilities
Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
