What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer issues
  • Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, parts orders, and repair requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria
  • Handle dispute escalations in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in a remote and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn systems and multi-task while assisting customers
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
