POSITION SUMMARY:
The Middle School Physical Education Teacher is responsible for providing instruction to students in physical education in assigned courses as specified in the District's curriculum. This position is posted for the 2026/2027 school year.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
REQUIRED:
- Ability to use effective communication skills; knowledge of education law and regulations; ability to use time effectively; good organizational skills; ability to maintain a positive relationship with other staff by collaborating and working cooperatively with them (including supervisors); knowledge of physiological, psychological, emotional, and educational behavioral development of children and/or adolescents; ability to lead meetings; and ability to help groups achieve consensus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree; certification from Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with the endorsement in physical education.
Work Experience:
Experience as a secondary physical education teacher is preferred.
