Assistant Professor
The College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track position to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Teach law related courses and direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic over the academic year and run the clinic as needed during other times
- Maintain active scholarly research and professional development
- Advise and mentor students
- Provide service to the department, college and university
Supplemental functions include: as directed.
Work location:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
Minimum qualifications:
Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent; licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become licensed in the state of Wyoming.
Desired qualifications:
- Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become license in the state of Wyoming;
- Ability to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic and teach in other areas of the law curriculum
- Ability to teach at the College of Law and university level
