Assistant Professor

The College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track position to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Teach law related courses and direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic over the academic year and run the clinic as needed during other times
• Maintain active scholarly research and professional development
• Advise and mentor students
• Provide service to the department, college and university

Supplemental functions include: as directed.

Work location:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

Minimum qualifications:

Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent; licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become licensed in the state of Wyoming.

Desired qualifications:

• Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become license in the state of Wyoming;
• Ability to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic and teach in other areas of the law curriculum
• Ability to teach at the College of Law and university level
